Defective Merchandise:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at contact@lydabrand.com. You must send a photo of the damaged/defective item along with the issue and invoice details. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached. If your return is accepted, then we will provide you with a return shipping label. You have 3 business days to send your damaged / defective item back. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
