SHIPPING POLICY
All Orders are processed within 5-7 Business Days.
Orders placed with US Express Shipping must be received by 12:00 PM CST Mon - Fri in order to be shipped same Business Day. If received later, the order will be shipped the next Business Day.
These processing times apply to In-Stock items only. They do not apply to Pre-Order items. During sales or promotions, we may experience delays with processing and shipping, due to the increase of order volume.
Please note: The delivery of your order may be delayed due to weather, routing errors or congestion during the holiday season. Such delays are not calculated in the shipping timeframes provided at checkout.
The tracking number will be provided to you via email the same day your package is shipped.
We ship anywhere in the U.S (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and selected countries. We also ship to P.O boxes, military addresses (APO).
Pre- Order Items will ship on the date listed, the date may change due to high volume. In-Stock and Pre-Ordered items may not ship together due to agreed waiting time. If you need In-Stock items immediately, please order separate or email contact@lydabrand.com to pay an additional shipping fee.
Lost / Stolen: LYDA Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the shipping carrier. Once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. LYDA Brand is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
Duties & Customs: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
